Lobster rolls, chef specials and three-course menus invite Mainers and visitors to enjoy Maine Lobster while supporting the people and communities behind the fishery

PORTLAND, Maine, Sept. 22, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Maine Lobster Week is back, bringing lobster rolls, chef-inspired dishes, special menus and more to restaurants across the state now through Sept. 26.

Organized by the Maine Lobster Marketing Collaborative (MLMC), the annual celebration invites Mainers and visitors alike to enjoy one of the state’s most iconic foods while recognizing the harvesters, dealers, processors, restaurants and working waterfront communities that bring Maine Lobster from trap to table.

Throughout Maine Lobster Week, participating restaurants will showcase Maine Lobster in dishes ranging from classic lobster rolls to creative chef specials and three-course menus, highlighting the versatility of Maine’s signature seafood.

“Maine Lobster Week is a celebration of everything that makes Maine Lobster special—from the incredible product on the plate to the hardworking people and communities behind it,” said Marianne LaCroix, Executive Director of the MLMC. “Whether you’re enjoying a classic lobster roll or trying something completely new, every meal is an opportunity to experience Maine’s lobster tradition and support the businesses and working waterfront communities that help sustain it.”

The celebration also encompasses National Lobster Day on Sept. 25, offering another opportunity to recognize the people and generations of tradition behind Maine’s lobster industry.

Whether cooking at home, visiting a local restaurant or enjoying exclusive offers, there are countless ways to participate in National Lobster Day:

  • Celebrate with Maine Lobster at Home: Bring the flavors of Maine into your own kitchen with curated recipes, techniques and pairing suggestions. From classic lobster rolls to creative lobster tacos and bisque, step-by-step guides make preparing lobster at home simple and delicious. Find a supplier near you or take advantage of online specials to get Maine Lobster delivered directly to your door.
  • Indulge in Maine Lobster Promotions & Products:
    • Luke’s Lobster will offer a buy one, get one free promotion on items from the National Lobster Day collection available through Luke’s Online Market, available Sept. 17-23. Luke’s shacks nationwide are celebrating with $20 Quarter Pound Lobster Rolls, served with potato chips. This limited-time offer is available on National Lobster Day, Thursday, Sept. 24 through Friday, Sept. 25, while supplies last.
    • Graffam Brothers Lobster is offering 15% off with code Lobsterweek2026 through Sept. 30.
    • Harbor Fish is offering a Maine Coast Lobster Dinner for online orders. The package includes six Maine Lobsters, freshly cooked and chilled, along with mussels, steamer clams and butter, and can be shipped directly to customers with 24 hours’ notice.
