Transaction Marks ACR’s Twelfth Strategic Add-on
EXTON, Pa., Oct. 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ACR (AmerCareRoyal, LLC), a leading provider of foodservice essentials and operational supplies, announced the acquisition of Ultra Green Packaging, a leading supplier of molded fiber packaging, including take-n-bake pizza trays, sushi trays, and bakeware, marking ACR’s twelfth strategic add-on acquisition since partnering with Oridian Capital Partners. The acquisition deepens ACR’s PrimeWare™ line with Ultra Green’s molded fiber expertise, expanding ACR’s compostable and sustainable packaging offering, and strengthening its position with grocery and retail customers.
