In the role of Director of Business Operations, Kate will provide strategic guidance and leadership to the Castle’s revenue generating lines of business. The Director of Business Operations ensures effective day-to-day operations, maximizing profitability, ensuring high-quality visitor experience and advising on long-term planning and strategies.
With over 25 years in the restaurant industry, the last ten in hospitality management, Kate brings a depth of operational knowledge to the position that will translate to meaningful optimization of the Castle’s current position as well as exciting ideas for the next chapter.

Before joining Castle in the Clouds, Kate served as the General Manager of the North Conway location of Sap House Meadery and the Public House on Page Hill in Tamworth. “I’m excited to join a team of dedicated and professional stewards of this place that has been a special part of the Lakes Region community for decades,” she said. “It is meaningful to me to honor and preserve history by making it resonate with today’s guests.”
