Children’s Museum Offerings Presented by DreamWorks Animation and the Association of Children’s Museums
BOSTON, September 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Boston Children’s Museum announces their participation in Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days on September 18 through September 20, in collaboration with DreamWorks Animation and the Association of Children’s Museums (ACM). Gabby’s Dollhouse MEOWseum Discovery Days is back in 2026 to encourage attendance in children’s museums across the country while celebrating the power of imagination and play.
Participating museums will incorporate Gabby and friends, in varying ways by location, into their respective programming and spaces as they seed and nourish a love of discovery. Grab your wings because Fairylandia is calling. Cue Boston families exclaiming, “Hey Gabby, take us to Boston Children’s Museum!”
Boston Children’s Museum will be hosting a Meet & Greet for a second year with the Gabby costume character on September 18 through September 20. Children and families are invited to participate in this Fairy-tastic day.

In addition to the costume character Meet & Greet, Boston Children’s Museum will also present paws-itively magical Gabby’s Dollhouse themed activities featuring Storytime, find the Gabby Cats scavenger hunt, dance party with DJ Catnip, and making Hamster Kitty Fairies.
Activities will be happening on Friday, September 18, Saturday, September 19, and Sunday, September 20 from 9:30am-3:30pm each day. FREE with paid Museum admission! Advance reservations are required.

Hours and Admission
The Museum is open Wednesday–Monday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and is closed on Tuesdays. On the first Saturday of each month, the Museum opens at 10:00 a.m. Advance tickets and reservations are highly recommended, especially on weekends, holidays, school vacation weeks, and TJX $1 Sunday Afternoons. Admission is $24 for adults, children ages 1–15, and seniors. Children under 12 months and Museum members are always free.
