(“AerCap”) (NYSE: AER) today announced that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on April 15, 2026, appointed Doug Parker as Non-Executive Director to the Board of Directors (the “Board”), together with the re-appointment of Non-Executive Directors Stacey Cartwright, Rita Forst, and Robert (Bob) Warden.
Julian (Brad) Branch has retired from the Board with effect from the close of the Company’s 2026 AGM.
