MCDONOUGH, Ga., Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ZonPrep, an Amazon-focused supply chain and FBA prep specialist, today announced it has acquired Wizard-Industries and FNSKU Studio software built specifically for inbounding inventory into Amazon.

ZonPrep was a customer of both platforms before it was an owner. The company now controls the software that moves its own 20 million-plus units into Amazon every month, and that other Amazon sellers, prep centers and 3PLs use to run their inbound operations.

Wizard-Industries has been building software for Amazon inbound work since 2015, making it one of the earliest platforms dedicated to the problem. It handles shipment creation, FNSKU labeling, pack validation, multi-warehouse routing and placement decisions across both the FBA and AWD networks. FNSKU Studio brings Amazon prep, labeling, returns processing and warehouse operations into a single browser-based platform used by brands, 3PLs and refurbishers.

Owning the physical and the digital sides of the Amazon Inbound process
The acquisition follows ZonPrep’s expansion to a second warehouse in McDonough, Georgia, which increased the total ZonPrep floor space to 600,000 square feet. This expansion also made space for more dedicated automation, which put ZonPrep’s capacity past 1 million units a day.
Software is the other half needed to scale at that level. Complex inbound projects require powerful, intelligent software to orchestrate prep before things break down on the warehouse floor. The acquisition ensures ZonPrep can handle split shipments, mixed SKUs, restricted categories, AWD and FBA moving in parallel, and labeling requirements that shift without notice.
