The record console’s newest finish brings one of Wrensilva’s most requested looks to its most versatile piece
SAN DIEGO, Sept. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Wrensilva®, creators of the ultimate record console, today introduced Studio in White Oak, bringing the signature finish to the brand’s most compact audio system. Long celebrated on the M1 and The Standard, this hardwood now lends its natural warmth and grain to the versatile Studio console, introduced earlier this year, as demand for dedicated home listening experiences is at an all-time high.
“White Oak has always been one of our most requested woods by both interior designers and customers. We love working with it due to its durability and easy elegance,” said Debra Salyer, co-founder and head of design, Wrensilva. “It has a certain soothing quietness to the grain and wood tone; I find the combination of the oak with the natural colored speaker screens lends a nice earthiness to a variety of decor schemes ranging from contemporary to even rustic interiors.”
Studio in White Oak carries the same handmade construction as the original. The wood is milled to favor rift-sawn and quarter-sawn grain patterns over cathedral graining for a cleaner, more contemporary look, with subtle curly figuring where it occurs naturally, finished with a water-based topcoat. Measuring 31 inches wide by 17 inches deep and 33 inches tall, it fits smaller rooms without sacrificing the sonic presence Wrensilva is known for. Natural speaker fabric and caramel leather pockets are paired with the White Oak.
The console balances atop a black anodized, brushed-aluminum pedestal, its front door sculpted with an undulating pattern carved directly into the woodgrain. The dimensional surface adds depth and movement while subtly improving acoustic performance. Behind it, discreet storage accommodates up to 40 albums. The lighted turntable deck is accessed by lifting the smoked acrylic lid, which is backlit, along with the brass Wrensilva brandmark, by a warm glow.
Studio’s signature Wrensilva sound, shaped in collaboration with Manny Marroquin, Giles Martin, and Wrensilva friends from the music community, remains unchanged in the new White Oak version. A floating, under-platter, belt-driven turntable and solid-state electronics bring depth and clarity while staying true to the original recording. Inside, a Wrensilva 100-watt-per-channel Class D amplifier powers custom 2-way bass reflex speakers, while premium details like a frosted acrylic platter, a bespoke one-piece magnesium tonearm, and an Ortofon 2M Red cartridge keep every listen immersive and effortless.
Like all Wrensilva record consoles, Studio is an all-in-one solution designed for modern listening, where vinyl and streaming happily share the room. Switch between vinyl, Bluetooth, auxiliary, or optional Sonos® multi-room. Put on a record, queue a playlist, and bring your space to life.
Studio in White Oak joins the Wrensilva Record Console Collection alongside the original Studio in Walnut, the flagship M1, and The Standard. It is available starting today, priced at $9,900 exclusively from Wrensilva.com and at select DWR studios.
Interior designers, architects, and design trade professionals have access to exclusive member pricing, benefits, and material samples by applying directly to the Wrensilva Design Trade Program.
