Who Are the Fastest-Growing Wealth Management Firms in South Florida? Global Wealth Management Recognized for a Third Year

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Global Wealth Management (GWM), a Florida retirement planning and wealth management firm, has been named one of the “Fastest-Growing Companies” in South Florida by the South Florida Business Journal for the third consecutive year.* The recognition comes as the firm continues to expand its footprint across Florida, now serving clients from six offices between Fort Lauderdale and The Villages.

The Global Wealth Management team outside the firm's Fort Lauderdale headquarters. GWM was named a Fastest-Growing Company by the South Florida Business Journal on June 18, 2026, based on revenue for fiscal years 2023 through 2025 as tabulated by CohnReznick, an independent accounting firm. GWM did not pay to participate in the rating process but did pay for marketing rights.

“Awards are wonderful, but what means the most to us is that we still do this the same way we did on day one, one family, one conversation, one plan at a time,” said Andrew Costa, Managing Director and Co-Founder. “Every family who sits down with us is trusting us with a lifetime of work. We never take that for granted. Our job is to keep earning that trust.”

“Growth was never the goal. Taking care of people is the goal, and growth is what happens when you do it well,” added Grant Conness, Managing Director and Co-Founder. “What people want from retirement is confidence, the freedom to enjoy the years they earned. When we give someone a plan they truly understand, you can see the relief on their face. Clients don’t just stay. They send us their neighbors and friends, and there’s no greater compliment than that.”

“Seeing our name on this list for a third year is truly humbling, and the credit belongs to our team,” said Ivan Minkov, CEO. “Our advisors and staff know our clients by name, not by account. They know the retirement dreams, the family milestones, the grandkids. I’m grateful for this team every single day.”

Rankings were determined by independent accounting firm CohnReznick LLP using fiscal year 2023-2025 revenue data. Recognition is based on revenue growth, not investment performance.
