CHICAGO, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Partner Companies (TPC) has announced Angelo Randerson as Director, Environmental Health & Safety (EHS). Randerson will direct and oversee EHS programs across TPC’s multiple manufacturing sites, strengthening safety culture and environmental compliance. Randerson will partner with site and executive leadership to set proactive, enterprise-wide environmental, health, safety, and sustainability standards.
The new role supports TPC’s growth in highly regulated industries, including aerospace, defense and medical manufacturing, by streamlining safety and compliance systems and reducing operational risk across every site.
Randerson brings more than 13 years of progressive EHS leadership experience across manufacturing, energy, and oil and gas operations. He has a proven record of transforming safety performance, including reducing a Total Recordable Incident Rate (TRIR) by 89%, and building sustainable management systems aligned with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 14001 and 45001. His background includes leading multi-site EHS teams across North and South America and partnering with executive leadership to drive operational excellence through strategic EHS and improvement initiatives. Randerson is also a certified ISO 14001 and 45001 lead auditor.

He previously held EHS leadership roles at TechnipFMC, where he oversaw compliance and services EHS functions across more than 50 manufacturing and field locations in North and South America, and at BP (Danos) and Anadarko Petroleum. Randerson holds an MBA from Texas A&M University.
