SOLON, Ohio, Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Designed to resemble terrazzo, the new Pearla™ collection from global flooring manufacturer Tarkett brings classic aesthetics to high-performance interiors. Pearla joins Tarkett’s Johnsonite® portfolio of resilient rubber flooring, which softens acoustics, improves comfort underfoot and offers easy, no-finish maintenance.

Designed to resemble terrazzo, the new Pearla™ collection Tarkett brings classic aesthetics to high-performance interiors. Pearla joins Tarkett’s Johnsonite® portfolio of resilient rubber flooring, which softens acoustics, improves comfort underfoot and offers easy, no-finish maintenance.

Pearla joins Tarkett’s Johnsonite® portfolio of resilient rubber flooring and is just as practical as it is beautiful.

“Pearla adds greater depth, texture and flexibility to high-traffic spaces,” said Omoleye Simmons, vice president of design at Tarkett. “A layered mix of larger-scale chips in multiple tones delivers a rich, dimensional look that captures the feeling of traditional terrazzo.”

Spanning a full range of neutrals, blues and greens with layers of chips and speckles in tonal and accent colors, Pearla is available in 18 coordinating colorways. For further design flexibility, Pearla can easily be tailor-made to match brand colors or used to create unique flooring insets such as logos or mascots through the company’s Imaginations® program. Coordinating Johnsonite Masquerade® wall finishing borders offer a fully integrated terrazzo-inspired environment.

Pearla is just as practical as it is beautiful. Simplifying cleaning and reducing lifecycle costs, the non-PVC rubber tile requires no floor finish, won’t hold dust or allergens and has high indentation resistance. The floor also supports occupant well-being with a natural slip resistance, underfoot cushioning to support joints and improve ergonomics, and softened acoustics for overall comfort, wellness and productivity.

Like all Johnsonite rubber tile collections, Pearla is made in the USA, Cradle to Cradle Certified® Silver and Declare Red List Free. It is part of Tarkett’s ReStart® take-back and recycling program.
