CHICAGO, Sept. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — TAITRA will launch the Taiwan Flagship Showcase at IMTS 2026 at McCormick Place, bringing together 56 Taiwanese manufacturers to highlight the country’s high-precision, flexible, and integrated manufacturing capabilities, making Taiwan the event’s third-largest exhibiting country.

Located at Booth #236834 in the North Building, the showcase will feature 21 leading Taiwanese companies spanning critical components, smart automation technologies, and advanced machine tool systems serving a wide spectrum of global industries. The unified pavilion underscores the importance of the North American market to Taiwan’s industrial sector and strengthens the collective visibility of Taiwanese manufacturers at the show.

Taiwan offers a highly integrated industrial network that spans machinery, precision components, automation, electronics, ICT and advanced manufacturing services. This cross-sector enables Taiwanese companies to deliver customized production requirements and provide reliable and cost-effective solutions ranging from individual components to fully integrated production systems. Taiwan’s proven engineering capabilities and supply-chain agility, and commitment to quality also make it a trusted manufacturing partner for global customers seeking resilient and diversified supply chains.

Taiwan’s manufacturing expertise is well aligned with the demanding requirements of the aerospace industry. With advanced capabilities in five-axis machining, precision grinding, special processes, automation and quality control, Taiwanese companies manufacture machines that produce complex structural parts, turbine and engine components, impellers, precision gears, fasteners and other safety-critical components. Their experience in processing difficult-to-machine materials—including titanium, nickel-based superalloys and high-strength aluminum—helps meet stringent aerospace requirements for accuracy, consistency, traceability and reliability.

As a global leader in semiconductors, Taiwan has developed a uniquely concentrated ecosystem covering chip design, wafer fabrication, packaging and testing, as well as the equipment, components and production technologies that support semiconductor manufacturing. Taiwanese manufacturers apply capabilities in ultra-precision machining, contamination control and highly repeatable production processes to produce vacuum chambers, showerheads, collimators, precision motion components and other critical semiconductor equipment parts. Smart automation and digital monitoring solutions further help improve yield, equipment utilization and production efficiency.

Integrated Manufacturing Capabilities

Advanced Machine Tools

The showcase spans the full manufacturing value chain, with machining centers from Kao Ming, Mill Star and Rayder; milling machines from Pao Fong; high-precision grinding machines from Palmary; broaching machines from AXISCO; slitting solutions from TOA DR; electrical discharge machining systems from Oscar EDM; CNC sawing and drilling machines from Big Stone; and beam, pipe and flange processing solutions from CISFUN.

Digital manufacturing solutions include Syntec showcases CNC controllers, robotic arms and vision systems, along with Tenpro’s smart tool management systems and intelligent tool cabinets. reflecting Taiwan’s growing capabilities in machine connectivity and production efficiency.

Precision Components and Manufacturing Solutions

The showcase will also feature precision components, including built-in and motor spindles from Theta Precision; machine tool components and toolholders from Vernal; grippers and couplings from Bright Jing Chin; powder metallurgy parts from Aurora Sinter Metals; precision machinery parts from Flying Rays; industrial brushes from Eang Lian; tool setters from TSENSE; and condensate drains and motorized ball valves from Super Air Compressor.

Aerospace and Semiconductor Application Zones

Dedicated Aerospace and Semiconductor Application Zones will show how Taiwan’s machine technologies, precision components and smart manufacturing technologies are applied in two of the world’s most demanding, high-value industries.

The Aerospace Application Zone will feature solutions for aircraft structural components, wing ribs and reinforcement panels, impellers, turbine modules, precision gears, shafts, fasteners and turbine rings. Together, these applications demonstrate Taiwan’s capabilities in complex machining and high-precision production for global aerospace supply chains.

The Semiconductor Application Zone will feature key semiconductor equipment components, including collimators, showerheads and vacuum chambers. The zone will demonstrate how Taiwan combines its globally recognized semiconductor ecosystem with advanced machine tools, precision engineering and smart automation.
