STOCKHOLM, Oct. 6, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Skanska has signed an additional contract with an existing client for a tech facility in USA. The contract is worth USD 138M, about SEK 1.3 billion, which will be included in the US order bookings for the third quarter of 2026.

Work began in April 2026 and is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2028.
