(“Clear Solutions”), a developer and manufacturer of proprietary water-based drilling fluid systems headquartered in Wem, England. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Founded in 2003, Clear Solutions has built a strong reputation for technical innovation, product performance, and customer support. Its Pure-Bore® family of environmentally compliant drilling fluids serves oil and gas, geothermal, tunneling, mining, geotechnical, well abandonment, and horizontal directional drilling (HDD) applications across the U.K., Europe, and North America. The acquisition expands Shrieve’s Energy Products and Services portfolio and deepens its presence in key energy and infrastructure end markets.
