Predoc Launches Curated Data Layer to Make Fragmented Medical Records Usable

New AI-powered solution aggregates, normalizes and reconciles data from across the healthcare ecosystem to create structured longitudinal patient records

NEW YORK, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Predoc, the AI-native medical records platform that delivers complete, usable patient data directly into existing healthcare workflows, today announced the General Availability launch of Predoc Curated Data, an advanced solution designed to aggregate and structure multi-source patient data so it’s perfectly clean, normalized, and easy for systems to consume.

AI has the potential to vastly improve parts of healthcare, but up to now has not fulfilled this potential. Less than 15% of physicians reported an ideal experience in obtaining, finding, and reconciling external data within their EHRs in a 2025 study published in the Journal of the American Medical Association. Providers need data that is accessible, usable, properly standardized and structured in order to reconstruct patient histories, set up long-term monitoring and apply AI in concrete ways.

That is what Curated Data offers. It transforms fragmented information, often trapped in PDFs and scans, from across a patient’s care journey into a structured, longitudinal record that can be used to support clinical workflows, monitoring, analytics and AI applications. Rather than simply making records available, the curation makes the information within those records meaningful.

“Every hour a member of a clinical team or clinician spends hunting for records, reconciling conflicting information or working around incomplete data is an operational cost that compounds across an organization,” said Nishant Hari, founder and CEO of Predoc. “We are addressing that problem at its foundation, turning fragmented records into data that can actually support the next generation of AI applications.”

How do you turn fragmented patient records into data you can actually use?

The Predoc Curated Data Layer:

  • Brings together data from HIEs, EHRs, scans, faxes, pharmacies, imaging networks, and other sources.
  • Extracts and organizes clinical information from structured and unstructured records.
  • Normalizes and reconciles data across sources, reducing duplication and inconsistency.
  • Creates a longitudinal patient record that is ready for clinical workflows, analytics and AI.

“It is heartbreaking when a patient walks into the clinic and feels like they are the problem because we can’t see their medical records,” said Dr. Kaushal Kulkarni, physician, co-founder and chief medical officer of Predoc. “By bringing fragmented data together and turning it into a complete, usable patient history, the Curated Data Layer takes that burden off both patient and provider, and gives clinicians the information they need to care for the person in front of them. This is exactly the kind of thing we should be using AI for in health care.”
