With experience across M&A, private credit, and private equity, Salice brings a multidisciplinary perspective to helping individuals, families, and business owners navigate important financial decisions and major transitions.
Salice’s path to Signature Wealth began nearly a decade ago, when, at 20 years old, he landed a one-day-a-week internship with John Chidwick, Owner of Signature Wealth Charlotte and Senior Wealth Advisor. He went on to graduate summa cum laude from the Kenan-Flagler Business School at UNC Chapel Hill before building a career advising on healthcare and life sciences M&A at Harris Williams, working in private equity at Carousel Capital, and financing sponsor-backed companies on Barings’ Global Private Finance team. Throughout that time, he remained in touch with Chidwick about the possibility of eventually working together.

Salice joined Signature Wealth’s Charlotte office in December 2025 and spent his first months completing his securities licensing exams while shadowing Chidwick’s client meetings. He is now working directly with clients and taking on greater responsibility across the firm’s wealth advisory relationships.
His experience is particularly relevant when clients are navigating significant financial transitions, from the growth or sale of a business to succession planning, liquidity events, concentrated wealth, or other complex financial decisions. At the same time, Salice’s focus extends beyond business owners, with an emphasis on helping individuals and families make thoughtful decisions around their wealth, both today and across generations.
