The tool uses intelligent name-matching to avoid false positives and maps carrier plan names to census plan names.
Census Formatter. Brokers can supply any carrier’s blank census template alongside a raw census file in any format, and the system auto-fills the template correctly without manual VLOOKUPs or reformatting. It can also merge multiple raw census files into a single filled template.
Broker of Record Letters. Users can upload plan documents and a sample AOR/BOR letter, and the platform auto-generates one filled letter per carrier found in the documents.
Census Comparison. Users can compare two employee benefits census files side by side, to quickly spot enrollment changes, demographic shifts, added or removed employees, or discrepancies between plan years.
