RICHARDSON, Texas, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mimi’s Cafe, with locations across the US from California to Florida, launched their Fall Menu today. The menu goes well beyond the expected Pumpkin Spice to feature fresh-baked biscuits, lighter dishes, and frosty Piña Coladas.
This fall, Mimi’s is baking fresh biscuits. The tender, flaky biscuits are the base for a variety of dishes, and also available by the basket (or dozen for take-out). The Biscuit Breakfast Sandwich is stacked with crispy bacon, scrambled egg, cheddar cheese and chipotle mayo. Biscuits and Gravy are served two ways, with classic country herb gravy or spicy chorizo gravy, with eggs, protein and toast or a muffin. The indulgent Fried Chicken Biscuit “Benedict” is layered with parmesan fried chicken, poached eggs and country herb gravy. Finally, a Fried Chicken Biscuit Sandwich with hot honey rounds out the offering. All of the biscuit items are served all day, with biscuits baked fresh throughout the day.
Pumpkin Spice is everywhere this month, and Mimi’s is serving much more than just coffee. From the bakery, Mimi’s famous muffins get the pumpkin treatment, with Pumpkin Spice Muffins topped with streusel and a drizzle of sweet glaze. For sharing, a Pumpkin Loaf served with cinnamon butter. Tender Pumpkin Griddle Cakes are stacked high and topped with warm cinnamon apples. And, of course, Pumpkin Spice Lattes. Mimi’s makes their own pumpkin spice sauce with real pumpkin and fall spices, giving their lattes an extra richness, whether served hot or iced. For a real treat, that same sauce is used in the Oh My Pumpkin Latte, which adds a shot of vodka to a classic PSL, and the Pumpkin Spice Martini, which combines vanilla vodka, a splash of cream and Mimi’s pumpkin sauce.
For lunch and dinner, Mimi’s Fall menu skews light and fresh. Mimi’s contribution to the chicken wrap trend is a Thai Chicken Wrap with pulled chicken breast, crispy wontons, fresh veggies, rice and ginger peanut sauce. And Grilled Pesto Chicken is smothered with housemade basil pesto and served with two sides – it can go fresh and light or rich and indulgent.
