Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Pegasus is a leading supplier of industrial and electronic connection products, including cable ties, wire harnesses, heat shrink products, and related maintenance and repair products. The company also provides value-added services such as wire harness and cable assembly, engineering and technical support, and custom cutting and marking. With operations in the United States and Canada, Pegasus serves customers across a broad range of industrial and commercial end markets and has built a strong reputation for quality, service, and responsiveness.
The acquisition broadens Midland’s product offering with highly complementary connection products and capabilities while creating additional opportunities to serve customers across a wider range of applications.
