Lam Research Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

FREMONT, Calif., Feb. 5, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Lam Research Corporation (Nasdaq: LRCX) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly dividend of $0.26 per share of common stock. The dividend payment will be made on April 8, 2026, to holders of record on March 4, 2026. Future dividend payments are subject to review and approval by the Board of Directors.
