Comparably Awards are based on feedback from employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during a 12-month period. The final data set was compiled from 20 million ratings across 70,000 companies. These awards evaluate employee feedback across key workplace factors including positive environment, pay fairness, benefits satisfaction, and work-life balance.
According to the latest employee feedback, 96% of Ivalua employees believe their work environment is positive, 95% state that company goals are clear and they feel invested in them, and 91% are confident about the future success of the company.
