By analyzing live traffic video, the system can identify traffic flow conditions, detect approaching emergency vehicles, and detect traffic violations and recognize the associated license plates, enabling the iTLC-9000 to optimize signal timing, improve traffic efficiency, and support faster operational response for modern smart city applications.
