PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Nearly one year after launching GRO Advisory, Dahlia Abadir today announced GRO Collective, the firm’s next phase of growth. GRO is building a bench of fractional leaders for consumer and multi-unit businesses that need experienced support, whether on an ongoing basis or through an acquisition, launch, or leadership transition. The Collective is planned to launch in the first quarter of 2027, covering finance, HR, operations, marketing, and other core functions.
Abadir has held leadership roles at brands including Gucci and Tesla, and served as Chief Operating Officer of multi-unit franchise groups within European Wax Center, Dogtopia, and Orangetheory Fitness. In GRO’s first year, she advised private equity firms on consumer services brands through diligence and post-acquisition. She also served as an interim executive for a private equity-backed franchisor, advised founders and investors across CPG, fitness, med spa, and wellness hospitality, and was appointed to the board of a consumer services brand.
She first saw the need as an operator, bringing in fractional support herself before a full-time role was warranted. Her client work confirmed it. Companies often need experienced leadership in a specific function, and finding someone they can trust takes time while critical work waits.
