Former Meta Platforms Attorney Joins to Advise on Network Infrastructure Investments, Complex Commercial Transactions

WASHINGTON, Aug. 31, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP has made a key addition to its industry-leading Digital Infrastructure Group with the arrival of Rose Schlichtmann-Prince as a shareholder in its Washington, D.C., and Miami offices.

Greenberg Traurig, LLP

Schlichtmann-Prince joins the firm after nearly a decade as in-house counsel at Meta Platforms, Inc., where she advised on network infrastructure investments and other strategic initiatives supporting the company’s global digital infrastructure platform. Her arrival comes as demand for data centers, fiber networks, connectivity infrastructure, and other digital assets continues to accelerate amid rapid growth in cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and data-driven technologies.

“Rose draws on more than 15 years of experience spanning private practice, in-house legal roles, and business operations to provide clients with a practical understanding of the commercial and strategic considerations driving digital infrastructure investment,” Greenberg Traurig Executive Chairman Richard A. Rosenbaum said.

“Her addition reflects our long-term commitment to the digital infrastructure sector and strengthens the multidisciplinary platform we have built to advise clients on their most significant and complex projects and transactions,” Greenberg Traurig Co-President Michael J. Baum said.

Schlichtmann-Prince focuses her practice on network infrastructure investments and complex commercial transactions involving digital infrastructure assets. She advises investors, developers, operators, and other stakeholders on transactions and legal strategies related to data center connectivity, colocation, terrestrial and subsea fiber networks, telecommunications infrastructure, and cross-border deployments.

Before joining Greenberg Traurig, she served as senior infrastructure & telecom counsel at Meta and previously held legal and business roles with Verizon Communications, Cable & Wireless Communications, and Sprint.

“Rose brings a depth of experience in digital infrastructure that is difficult to replicate. Throughout her career, she has worked on some of the largest and most sophisticated infrastructure projects that underpin the global digital economy, giving her a practical understanding of both the business and legal issues that drive this sector. Her arrival reflects Greenberg Traurig’s longstanding commitment to digital infrastructure, a sector we have been investing in for years,” Digital Infrastructure Group Co-Chair Joshua B. Forman said. “With one of the largest data-center-focused legal teams in the United States and a multidisciplinary bench that spans everything from complex commercial agreements and leasing to mergers and acquisitions, financing, development, and regulatory matters, we continue to advise on many of the industry’s most significant transactions. Rose is exactly the type of talent we seek as we continue to grow that platform.”

As a shareholder in Greenberg Traurig’s Corporate Practice, Schlichtmann-Prince will work with clients on a broad range of digital infrastructure matters and will collaborate closely with attorneys across the firm’s Digital Infrastructure, Real Estate, Environmental, Energy & Natural Resources, Construction Law, and Government Law & Policy practices.

Her arrival continues a period of strategic growth for Greenberg Traurig’s Washington, D.C., office. In recent months, the office has welcomed prominent attorneys and government professionals across real estate, government affairs, national security, international trade, aviation, and regulatory practices. Recent additions include D.C. Metropolitan Real Estate Practice Chair Joseph W. Creech, former Deputy Under Secretary at the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security Joe Bartlett, and former Federal Aviation Administration Assistant Administrator Christopher J. Senn.

Earlier this year, the office also added a six-member government affairs and national security team, including Shareholders Christopher DeLacy, co-chair of the Federal Government Law & Policy Practice; Daniel Sennott, co-chair of the National Security Group; and Joel E. Roberson; along with senior government professionals Matthew P. Satterley, Misha Lehrer, and James K. Hickey.

“Greenberg Traurig has long stood out to me for its collaborative, entrepreneurial culture and the caliber of its lawyers. As digital infrastructure continues to attract investment from private equity firms, infrastructure funds, and other market participants, I see a tremendous opportunity to help clients navigate the development, commercialization, and strategic deployment of these assets,” Schlichtmann-Prince said. “I am very focused on my craft, and my craft is advising companies on the development of digital infrastructure and the commercialization of infrastructure assets. Greenberg Traurig’s global platform, industry depth, and integrated approach make it an ideal place to continue that work.”

Schlichtmann-Prince earned her J.D., with Honors, from Nova Southeastern University’s Shepard Broad Law Center and her B.A., cum laude, from Barry University. She is admitted to the bar in the District of Columbia and Florida. While based in Washington, D.C., she also will spend significant time in the firm’s Miami office.
