HTS’ Cancel for Any Reason product lets consumers book with confidence knowing they can cancel up to 24 hours prior to departure and receive a refund
MONTREAL, Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Frontier Airlines (Nasdaq: ULCC) today announced the launch of Cancel for Any Reason, powered by HTS (Hopper Technology Solutions), giving customers even greater flexibility when making travel plans. Available when booking at FlyFrontier.com or through the Frontier mobile app, the new option allows customers to cancel up to 24 hours before departure and receive up to a full refund, depending on the refund option selected.
HTS’ AI-powered Cancel for Any Reason product gives travelers the option to choose their preferred level of refundability. It is the latest addition to Frontier’s suite of flexibility features offered through its expanding partnership with HTS, which also includes HTS’ Disruption Assistance for Any Reason.

Customers can select the level of refundability that best fits their needs during booking.
