Launch marks Foxquilt’s transition from a single-product MGA to a multi-line commercial insurance platform

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Foxquilt, a North American Insurtech specializing in small business insurance, today announced the launch of its admitted Errors & Omissions (E&O) insurance product in the United States, with a national rollout commencing in September.

Also known as Professional Liability insurance, E&O represents Foxquilt’s second admitted product line in the U.S. and an important milestone in the company’s evolution into a multi-line commercial insurance platform. This new line of business will serve consultants, technology, beauty and health professionals, along with a broad range of various other professionals.

“The launch of E&O represents an important milestone in the evolution of Foxquilt and a vision we’ve been building toward from the beginning. As we expand our product suite, we increase the value we can deliver across our existing distribution relationships while opening new opportunities for growth. E&O is the first of several strategic additions to our platform as we continue building Foxquilt into a scalable, multi-line commercial insurance business,” said Karim Jamal, CEO and Co-Founder, Foxquilt.

E&O will expand opportunities across Foxquilt’s distribution channels. For its growing agent and broker network, the product will be available through Foxden, Foxquilt’s proprietary insurance platform, extending its automated underwriting capabilities into Professional Liability. Foxden allows small business owners and the insurance professionals that support them to instantly quote and bind a policy tailored to their needs through their proprietary underwriting automation. Through Foxden, business owners, agents, and brokers will have digital and immediate access to both of Foxquilt’s Commercial General Liability and E&O products.

The launch opens a new category of embedded insurance partnerships for Foxquilt. Building on its existing enterprise model, Foxquilt will bring Professional Liability to platforms, marketplaces, and networks serving independent professionals, creating opportunities to integrate insurance directly into their ecosystems.

“We’re extending Foxquilt’s automated underwriting capabilities into Professional Liability while maintaining the speed and ease of doing business our agents, partners, and customers have come to expect. This launch is an important step in our product journey as we continue to expand the breadth of coverage available through Foxden,” stated Nick Goodfellow, Vice President, Insurance Operations, Foxquilt.

The E&O product launch builds on Foxquilt’s capacity relationship with Markel, as the companies broaden their collaboration in the admitted small commercial market.

“Foxquilt has demonstrated a strong ability to combine underwriting discipline, technology, and distribution in the small commercial market. We are excited to support the expansion of that model into Professional Liability and the next stage of Foxquilt’s U.S. product growth,” said Jeff Lamb, President, Programs, Alliances & Insurtech, Markel.

Beginning today, Foxquilt’s new E&O product will be available in 10 U.S. states (Alabama, Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, and Wisconsin) with a rapid nationwide rollout by the end of 2026.
