Limitless Labs brings its Physical AI platform to Booth 237605, North Building, reducing programs that take hours to minutes, without changing how programmers work
CHICAGO, Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Limitless Labs, developer of the Limitless CAM Agent for enterprise CNC programming, today announced its debut at IMTS 2026 (Booth 237605, North Building, Level 3), where it will demonstrate live how enterprise manufacturers reduce CNC programming time by up to 50%, without replacing the CAM systems, cutting tools, or workflows their programmers already use.
The company arrives at IMTS backed by a $20 million Series A co-led by Dell Technologies Capital and Square Peg, with participation from Grove Ventures, Meron Capital, and Kinetica, bringing total funding to $27.3 million. The Limitless CAM Agent is already in production with Sandvik, Iscar, and customers across aerospace, defense, motorsports, and industrial machinery.
From hours to minutes, without changing how you work
Given a CAD file, the Limitless CAM Agent reads the part geometry and automatically applies the manufacturer’s own tooling library, machine kinematics, and shop standards to identify features, sequence operations, recommend cutting tools, and generate toolpaths, producing a shop-floor-ready program in a fraction of the time. In customer deployments, programs that previously took two hours are completed in under ten minutes; multi-operation programs at aerospace and heavy industrial customers have been produced in under five minutes.
The Limitless CAM Agent works inside Siemens NX, Mastercam, and PTC Creo. Programmers review, modify, and approve programs within the systems they already know. There is no new interface to learn, no change to the tooling setup, and no disruption to existing machine configurations.
Solving the talent crisis without replacing programmers
The manufacturing industry faces a structural skills shortage: 409,000 CNC programming positions are currently unfilled in the US, with the gap projected to reach 1.9 million by 2033. Nearly a quarter of the workforce is 55 or older, and 97% of manufacturers cite knowledge retention as their top concern. The expertise to program complex parts reliably lives inside a small number of experienced programmers, and it is not being transferred fast enough.
“We built Limitless Labs to work inside the CAD/CAM systems manufacturers already use, helping teams standardize best practices, reduce programming bottlenecks, and free senior programmers to focus on the hardest work, without giving up control,” said David Priev, Co-founder and CEO of Limitless Labs. “The goal is not to remove programmers from the floor. It is to take the knowledge of your best programmer and scale it across every new part and every new programmer on the team.”
Built for your tools, your machines, your standards
The Limitless CAM Agent is built on the company’s Physical AI Foundation Model, trained on the physics of metal cutting, real CAD geometry, and the operational constraints of production machines. The system learns each customer’s specific tooling inventory, machine capabilities, and programming standards, applying them consistently across every program and every shift.
For manufacturers in regulated industries, the platform is ITAR-compliant and deployable on AWS GovCloud and private VPC environments. It holds SOC 2 and ISO 27001 certification, meeting the data security requirements of aerospace, defense, and government supply chains.
Limitless Labs will run live demonstrations at Booth 237605, North Building, Level 3 (across from Starbucks), September 14-19 at McCormick Place, Chicago. Press and analyst briefings are available by appointment.
