National 2027 Tour Will Bring Fitness, Fandom, Costumes and Community to Major Cities Across America
ANAHEIM, Calif., Aug. 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Disney Adults has announced the 2027 Disney Adults 5K Cosplay Run & FanFest Tour, a nationwide event series bringing fans together for a unique combination of fitness, cosplay, entertainment and community.
The tour is designed for everyone from experienced runners to first-time 5K participants and walkers. Guests are encouraged to dress up, represent their favorite fandoms, create teams and experience a 5K built around having fun together.
Following the 5K, participants and guests can enjoy the FanFest, featuring entertainment, music, photo opportunities, vendors, community organizations, fan activities, food and more in select markets.
RUN FOR A CAUSE
A major component of the national tour is creating opportunities for local organizations to benefit from each event.
Through the Disney Adults 5K Nonprofit Fundraising Program, eligible nonprofits, schools, charities and community organizations can create fundraising teams and earn 40% of profits generated through their participating fundraiser.
The program gives organizations an opportunity to rally supporters and raise funds through an established 5K experience without having to produce their own race.
VENDORS & SPONSORS
The tour will also offer vendor and sponsorship opportunities in select cities, providing businesses, brands and organizations opportunities to connect with participants and FanFest attendees.
Opportunities may include vendor booths, community exhibits, brand activations, promotional partnerships and event sponsorship packages.
2027 NATIONAL TOUR
The 2027 tour will visit 50 markets nationwide, including Los Angeles, San Diego, Las Vegas, Honolulu, Nashville, Philadelphia, New York/New Jersey, Washington, DC, Chicago, Denver, Seattle, Boston, Minneapolis/St. Paul, Detroit, Kansas City, Atlanta, Miami, Houston, Dallas, and more.
