Crave Brothers claimed first, second and third place in the Fresh Mozzarella category, demonstrating the consistency and quality behind one of the farmstead creamery’s signature cheeses. The Waterloo-based cheesemaker also earned first place for its Mascarpone, second place for String Cheese and Chocolate Mascarpone, and third place for Oaxaca.
The World Dairy Expo Championship Dairy Products Contest is one of the nation’s premier dairy competitions, providing dairy processors from across the country an opportunity to showcase their products on a national stage.
