Food truck to make limited-time stops in Del Rio, Laredo, McAllen, Brownsville, and Victoria, bringing Maine lobster rolls from the border to the Gulf Coast

MCALLEN, Texas, Oct. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Cousins Maine Lobster, the nationally recognized seafood brand known for its authentic Maine lobster rolls and Shark Tank success story, is sending its San Antonio food truck on a six-day tour across South Texas from October 21st through October 26th.

Cousins Maine Lobster San Antonio is taking its lobster rolls on the road across South Texas.

Starting from San Antonio, the truck will roll west to the Rio Grande in Del Rio, then head south to Laredo, through the Rio Grande Valley to McAllen and Brownsville, and finish up the Gulf Coast in Victoria. Along the way, the team will be serving wild-caught Maine lobster and New England-inspired favorites at local breweries, shopping centers, and community gathering spots in each city.

Customers can look forward to Cousins Maine Lobster’s three signature lobster rolls: the Maine Roll served chilled with mayo, the Connecticut Roll served warm with butter and lemon, and the Garlic Butter Roll finished with garlic, Parmesan, and herbs. The menu will also include the brand’s newest creation, the Lobster Roll Flight, along with clam chowder, lobster tacos, and whoopie pies.

“South Texas has some of the most loyal food lovers around, and we can’t wait to put a lobster roll in their hands,” said Lindsay Herberger Director of Franchise Development. “Our San Antonio team is hitting the road to meet communities from Del Rio to Brownsville, and we’re bringing a little taste of Maine to every stop along the way.”

The South Texas road trip is led entirely by the Cousins Maine Lobster San Antonio team and reflects the brand’s approach of building excitement in new markets through limited-time pop-up experiences. By taking the truck beyond the city limits, Cousins Maine Lobster is bringing its menu directly to communities across the region and introducing the brand to new fans.

The full tour schedule is available below and online at Cousins Maine Lobster San Antonio. Customers are encouraged to follow Cousins Maine Lobster San Antonio on Facebook and download the CML Mobile App to order ahead, earn loyalty rewards, and confirm the latest schedule before visiting.
