KNOXVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — CIC Services today announced the launch of PortfolioVantage, a tenant legal liability program that helps qualified property owners use coverage for tenant-caused damage as the foundation of a broader captive insurance strategy.
PortfolioVantage combines CIC Services’ captive insurance expertise with ePremium’s technology for tenant enrollment, compliance tracking and coverage monitoring. Together, they help property owners administer tenant legal liability coverage across their portfolios while potentially retaining underwriting profit through an insurance company they own.
