Recognition reflects live Claude deployments, backed by more than two decades of business process and data automation

DENVER, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Bits In Glass (BIG) has achieved Select partner status in the Claude Partner Network Services Track. The Services Track recognizes partners for building a certified delivery team, delivering Claude use cases for clients, and proving the work through public customer references.

The Claude Partner Network is how Anthropic works with the firms that put Claude into production for customers.

BIG brings over two decades of business process and data automation to applied AI. Today, its certified team helps enterprises move past pilots by putting agentic AI to work in the middle and back office, across risk, compliance, underwriting, reconciliations, and case management.

Each engagement is designed for production from the start, with governance and auditability in place. Clients can begin by embedding forward-deployed engineers with their teams, adding an agentic layer to the platforms they already run, or migrating legacy workflows onto open, license-free runtimes.

“For more than twenty years, we’ve automated the processes and data that run our clients’ businesses. Frontier AI changes the economics of that work: agents can now carry much of the routine labor, while people focus on judgment, exceptions, and outcomes,” said David Hauser, CEO of Bits In Glass. “Joining the Claude Partner Network as a Select partner lets us scale that work with Anthropic behind us. This is a milestone for our AI practice and for the clients we’re moving from legacy platforms to applied AI.”

PlanOmatic, which provides listing media for single-family rental property managers, offers a recent example. BIG designed two agents on Claude Sonnet 5 and Claude Opus 5, using the Claude Agent SDK, that catch errors in third-party vendor work before they reach PlanOmatic’s clients. The agents escalate to a person only when judgment is required. As a result, PlanOmatic reports:

  • 72% improvement in output quality, measured by fewer daily support tickets,
  • 32% faster turnaround, and
  • restoring its 2.5-day service guarantee.

This week, Hauser is attending Canada’s CEO Summit, hosted by the Council of Canadian Innovators (CCI), in Vancouver, B.C. Find other upcoming Bits In Glass events at bitsinglass.ai/news-events.
