Dr. Green is a clinical psychologist with over two decades of experience in youth mental health, bringing expertise in implementation science, research methodology, and a commitment to advancing health equity. As Head of Research at Hopelab, she focuses on amplifying young people’s voices to guide the development of policies and programs that reflect their needs and lived experiences. Earlier this year, she testified before the California State Assembly Privacy and Consumer Protection Committee on the impact of social media on LGBTQ+ young people, drawing from Hopelab’s National Survey research and recent national poll on youth well-being. Previously, Dr. Green served as Vice President of Research at The Trevor Project, where she led research to advance crisis services, peer support programs, and advocacy efforts for LGBTQ+ young people.
