(the “Company” or “Academy”) (Nasdaq: ASO) announced today that on March 5, 2026, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.15 per share of the Company’s common stock with respect to the fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2026. This represents an increase of approximately 15 percent from the previous quarterly cash dividend and marks the fourth consecutive year of dividend growth. The quarterly cash dividend is payable on April 10, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on March 20, 2026.
