ATLANTA, Sept. 14, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Ty J. Young Wealth Management, a leading financial services firm, has acquired Bethel Retirement Planning, a Mesa, Arizona-based firm led by longtime financial professional Dan Bethel.

The transaction represents the latest expansion of Ty J. Young Wealth Management’s growing platform for acquiring and servicing annuity books from independent financial professionals preparing for retirement or transitioning out of the industry.

As Bethel prepares for retirement, he selected Ty J. Young Wealth Management to provide continuity for his clients and ensure they continue receiving personalized service and support.

“We are honored to continue serving Mr. Bethel’s clients and have already had the opportunity to build some wonderful connections during our initial conversations,” said Ty J. Young, CEO of Ty J. Young Wealth Management. “Our team looks forward to earning their trust and building lasting relationships with each client.”

For independent annuity agents and financial professionals, succession planning can present a significant challenge. Advisors must determine not only what their annuity book is worth, but also who will service their annuity clients after they retire. Ty J. Young Wealth Management has built an acquisition model designed to address both sides of that equation by providing advisors with an exit strategy while offering their clients an experienced team focused on retirement income planning and long-term relationships.

The acquisition of Bethel Retirement Planning further expands Ty J. Young Wealth Management’s presence in the annuity industry and reinforces the firm’s strategy of partnering with independent advisors seeking succession solutions for their businesses.

“Selling an FIA book or transitioning an advisory firm is about much more than completing a transaction,” Young added. “These advisors have spent decades building relationships with their clients. Our goal is to honor that legacy by making the transition as seamless as possible and continuing to provide the level of care those clients have come to expect.”
