Founded by Lindsay Arnold, the brand’s first-ever product is a versatile resistance training tool designed for 100+ movements

NEW YORK, April 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Today, The Movement Club (TMC), an award-winning fitness platform founded by former Dancing with the Stars pro Lindsay Arnold, is officially expanding beyond digital with the launch of its first physical product, The Everything Band. The innovative resistance tool marks a significant brand milestone as TMC enters the home fitness equipment category with a product created to simplify and elevate at-home movement.

The Movement Club is expanding beyond digital with the launch of its first physical product, The Everything Band.

Designed as an all-in-one resistance training tool, The Everything Band replaces the need for multiple workout bands with one versatile product. Featuring a custom multi-loop system with numbered levels, the band allows users to adjust intensity instantly by moving between loops rather than switching between separate light, medium, or heavy bands.

The product was developed in response to a common challenge Arnold observed within The Movement Club community, the need for multiple resistance bands to complete a single workout. After extensive iteration and prototyping, the brand created a single solution designed to support strength training, reformer-inspired Pilates, and other low-impact and resistance-based workouts through more than 100 movements.

“This launch represents a new chapter for The Movement Club as we evolve from a digital fitness platform into a more expansive wellness brand,” said Lindsay Arnold, founder of The Movement Club. “We’ve built an incredible digital community and expanding into products felt like the right next step as we continue to grow and find new ways to support our audience.”

The Everything Band features include:

  • Multi-loop resistance system with numbered loops (levels 1-5) for precise, customizable intensity
  • Instant mid-workout adjustment to change resistance without switching bands or equipment
  • All-in-one functionality replacing booty bands, traditional resistance bands, and exercise bands
  • Thick, fabric-like material designed for comfort with no latex feel or snapping that typically comes with thinner bands
  • Durable construction built to withstand high-intensity and repeat use
  • Ultra-portable design that rolls to roughly the size of a tape measure making it ideal for hotel workouts, small spaces, outdoor training, or on-the-go routines

Launching alongside the product is The Movement Club’s signature 4-week Tone Program, specifically designed to maximize the use of The Everything Band. Included as part of The Movement Club membership, the program will be available through The Movement Club studio at www.movementclub.com and via The Movement Club app on the App Store and Google Play. The Everything Band will retail for $35.
