(the “Company”) (NASDAQ: “TCBS”), the holding company of Broadstreet Bank, SSB, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared the payment of a quarterly cash dividend of $0.06 per share on each outstanding share of common stock. The quarterly dividend represents a $0.01 per share increase over the prior quarterly dividend. The dividend will be payable on or about June 16, 2026, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on June 2, 2026.
