The migration delivered value across Imperial’s portfolio, including:
- A phased rollout with zero disruption. Morton, Bedford, Tavistock, President, City Sleeper, Royal National and The Imperial each transitioned on schedule, hotel by hotel.

- Guest-facing check-in, streamlined. Digital Registration Cards let Imperial’s guests complete pre-arrival details and sign registration digitally, cutting front desk wait times across all seven properties.
