In her new role, she will partner closely with plan sponsors to deliver strategic, fiduciary-focused guidance as part of Spectrum’s “boardroom to break room” approach to retirement plan service.
Spectrum also welcomes Kristen Carioti as its new Director of Financial Wellness. She is the author of a personal finance textbook designed to make financial freedom accessible to college students, and she brings that same clear, practical approach to her role at Spectrum. In this role, Kristen will help lead Spectrum’s GuideSteps financial wellness program, which provides one-on-one financial guidance across topics like retirement savings, debt management, and emergency planning.
