Premium pet mobility company builds on export experience in Japan to expand into international markets

SEOUL, South Korea, Sept. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Premium pet mobility company SEEKOUT is expanding its business into global markets, including North America and Europe, building on the export experience it has accumulated in Japan.

The global pet industry has seen a growing range of products designed to improve the mobility and daily comfort of companion animals. As more consumers travel and pursue outdoor activities with their pets, interest has grown in pet mobility and travel products that combine safety, convenience, and design.

SEEKOUT develops and manufactures premium pet mobility and lifestyle fabric gear based on its own design IP and product planning capabilities. Through in-house design research, the company has strengthened its product competitiveness by applying ergonomic, load-distributing structures along with water-repellent, durable fabrics.

In particular, the company plans to leverage its experience directly exporting premium pet strollers to Japan — a market known for its high standards for product quality — as a foundation for its global expansion.

SEEKOUT is also broadening its product portfolio with a global market in mind. In addition to its existing pet travel products for dogs, the company is adding cat-specific carriers and related items designed around feline characteristics, building out a pet mobility lineup that covers both dogs and cats.

SEEKOUT plans to participate in major overseas trade shows in the first half of 2027 to expand its network of global B2B buyers. The company is treating overseas exhibitions not merely as venues for product introduction, but as opportunities to identify new buyers, gauge local market response, and expand distribution partnerships.

Through these efforts, SEEKOUT aims to diversify its distribution channels beyond Japan into the global premium pet market — including North America and Europe — while growing both its D2C business and B2B distribution.

“Building on the experience we’ve gained in the Japanese market, we plan to actively promote SEEKOUT’s product competitiveness to overseas consumers and buyers,” a SEEKOUT representative said. “We will continue to advance our pet mobility technology and product planning capabilities across both dogs and cats, expanding our brand presence in the global market.”
