Insurtech platform strengthens its leadership team as it scales across personal and commercial lines

In this role, Jones will lead the strategy, execution, and expansion of the company’s operations and will serve as Savus’s primary operational point of contact for the partners on its platform.
Jones joins Savus at a pivotal moment for the company, as it expands across both personal and commercial lines and accelerates its growth. He will lead end-to-end operational delivery, from partner onboarding through quoting, binding, and policy issuance, and will expand the operations team responsible for scaling the platform with speed and rigor. A central part of his mandate is to own and refine the standards, playbooks, and repeatable frameworks that shorten onboarding timelines, a capability that directly determines how quickly Savus can expand what its partners can quote and bind.

He will also work alongside the Chief Product Officer and product team, advocating for operational needs in the product roadmap and deepening feedback loops between partners and product to continuously improve the platform’s speed, quality, and reliability.

Prior to joining Savus, Jones spent four years as Chief Revenue Officer at Kissterra and held several other senior executive roles across the insurance, agency, marketing, and technology landscape over 20+ years, including more than a decade at Esurance, where he led channel distribution.
