The Industry Collective founder joins the Scottish spirits maker’s leadership team as it builds its go-to-market strategy for the United States
EDINBURGH, Scotland, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Rutland Square Spirits, the Edinburgh-based spirits company built on the fusion of Scottish craft and Indian heritage, today announced the appointment of Taylor Foxman, Founder & CEO of The Industry Collective (TIC), as Strategic Advisor. Foxman will work alongside Rutland Square’s U.S. team — including Head of U.S. Operations Mike Solow — to help shape the brand’s go-to-market strategy, distributor and retail partnerships, and commercial build-out as it enters the U.S. market.
Leadership Perspective
“Taylor has spent more than a decade inside the rooms that matter most for an emerging spirits brand — distributor relationships, retail buyers, and the founders and operators who’ve already made the journey we’re on,” said Nishant Sharma, Founder & CEO of Rutland Square Spirits. “As we bring Rutland Square’s Scottish-Indian story to American shelves and bars, her network and her judgment make her exactly the right person to have in our corner.”
“Rutland Square’s story — a family spirits heritage rediscovered and rebuilt for a modern audience — is the kind of narrative-first brand I look for,” said Foxman. “I’m looking forward to working with Nishant, Mike, and the team as they bring that story to U.S. consumers.”
