NEW YORK, Nov. 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — AXA XL today announced that Rana Gillmon is expanding her role as Head of Client & Distribution, East and Private Equity Client Relations, Americas. Her expanded remit adds leadership of client and distribution activities in the East Zone of the United States to her ongoing responsibility for developing and executing AXA XL’s private equity client engagement and growth strategy across the Americas.

With more than 25 years of experience in the insurance industry, Ms. Gillmon joined AXA XL in 2022 from Chubb, where she served as a Global Client Executive and managed key client relationships in the North America Major Accounts Division. Before Chubb, she spent 16 years at Marsh, holding several key roles, including Portfolio Manager in the firm’s Private Equity Mergers & Acquisitions Group. Her work with multinational corporations and global programs also took her to Dubai, where she led Marsh’s team for incoming multinational business and oversaw placements and partnerships with local markets across the Gulf Cooperative Council (GCC) region.
