SAN DIEGO, Oct. 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The Shareholders Foundation, Inc. announced that a lawsuit has been filed concerning certain investors in PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation (NASDAQ: PRCT).

Shareholders Foundation

Investors who purchased shares of PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation (NASDAQ: PRCT) have certain options and should contact the Shareholders Foundation at mail@shareholdersfoundation.com or +1 (858) 779-1554.

On July 24, 2026, an investor in PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation filed a lawsuit alleging violations of securities laws by the company.

The lawsuit seeks to recover losses for certain investors.

According to the complaint, the defendants misrepresented and/or failed to disclose that PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation utilized a discount program to incentivize customers to place bulk orders in excess of demand. The complaint further alleges that the undisclosed discount program artificially inflated the company’s reported U.S. handpiece unit sales and that the resulting surplus of U.S. handpiece unit sales led to overstocking and exposed PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation to material undisclosed risks of operational and financial harm.

The plaintiff further alleges that, as a result of the foregoing, statements made by the defendants concerning the company’s business, operations, and prospects were materially false and misleading and/or lacked a reasonable basis at all relevant times.

Stockholders who purchased shares of PROCEPT BioRobotics Corporation (NASDAQ: PRCT) should contact the Shareholders Foundation, Inc.
