NEW YORK, April 29, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Plutonian Acquisition Corp II, a blank check company incorporated in the Cayman Islands as an exempted company (the “Company”), today announced the closing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 units, at $10.00 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds to the Company of $100,000,000. The units began trading on The New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) on April 28, 2026 under the ticker symbol “PLUNU.” Each unit consists of one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-fourth (1/4) of one Class A ordinary share upon the consummation of an initial business combination. Once the securities comprising the units begin separate trading, the ordinary shares and the rights are expected to be traded on NYSE under the symbols “PLUN” and “PLUNR,” respectively.
