BOSTON, Sept. 9, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Pathlight Capital LP (“Pathlight” or “Pathlight Capital”) today announced its role as Administrative Agent on a $60,000,000 senior secured term loan for Lifetime Brands, Inc. (“Lifetime” or the “Company”), a global designer, developer and marketer of a broad range of branded consumer products used in the home.
Proceeds from the facility will strengthen the Company’s balance sheet by refinancing existing debt while providing additional liquidity to support ongoing corporate initiatives.
