Independent examinations affirm the controls behind OCEAN’s operations.
CHEYENNE, Wyo., Sept. 15, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Mummolin, Inc. today announced that its subsidiary, Bitcoin OCEAN LLC, operator of the OCEAN Bitcoin mining pool, has successfully completed SOC 1 Type 2 and SOC 2 Type 2 examinations and received both attestation reports.
The reports reinforce OCEAN’s commitment to transparent, dependable Bitcoin mining through independent examination of control design and operating effectiveness of OCEAN’s internal systems over the reporting periods.

Building on OCEAN’s previous Type 1 attestations, the SOC 1 Type 2 report addresses controls relevant to customers’ internal control over financial reporting. The SOC 2 Type 2 report addresses controls relevant to Security and Availability.
