LIMASSOL, Cyprus, July 2, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — OCI announced the directors appointed by the Enterprise Chamber have consented to the convocation of an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to consider and vote on the resolutions required to implement the proposed combination of OCI’s business with Orascom Construction PLC (“Rembrandt II”).
