Concert’s policy recognizes EsoGuard ® as the only esophageal precancer test meeting its coverage criteria

(Nasdaq: PAVM), today announced that Concert, a healthcare technology company recently acquired by Lyric, issued a positive coverage policy effective July 2026 for non-invasive screening of esophageal precancer and cancer. Concert establishes coverage policies that its client health plans can adopt.
The policy cites sufficient evidence in published guidelines and peer-reviewed literature to definitively demonstrate improved health outcomes, and considers Lucid’s EsoGuard® Esophageal DNA Test medically necessary in patients who meet American College of Gastroenterology (ACG) screening criteria.
