PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., Oct. 13, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Longevity Health announced today that all five of its eligible health plans (Longevity Health of Illinois, Florida, Michigan, New Jersey and North Carolina) earned an overall 5-Star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for 2027, the highest rating awarded by CMS.
Of the 508 Medicare Advantage plans rated nationally, only 15, or 2.95%, received an overall 5-Star rating. Longevity Health represents five of those 15 plans, accounting for one-third of all 5-Star health plans nationwide. Longevity Health also accounts for three of the six plans nationwide that have earned 5 Stars for two consecutive years.
Together, these results place Longevity among a very small group of organizations to achieve 5 Stars across 100% of their eligible plans, underscoring the consistency of its quality performance across multiple states.

CMS publishes Star Ratings annually to help Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers evaluate health and prescription drug plans. The ratings assess performance across areas such as clinical outcomes, member experience, access to care, medication safety and customer service. Medicare Advantage contracts may be evaluated on as many as 43 quality and performance measures.
