MADISON, Wis., Sept. 16, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Lake Ridge Bank Chief Credit Officer Pete Graven has announced his retirement after nearly 42 years in banking capped off by more than 20 years with Lake Ridge Bank. Graven has spent the last several months mentoring Lake Ridge Bank’s newly named Chief Credit Officer Casey McClyman as part of a coordinated succession plan.

Graven Retires on Sept. 18
Graven will leave a legacy of financial excellence and easy-going camaraderie with his departure, having helped ensure sound credit practices in alignment with regulatory guidance for the last two decades. His experience in credit administration, commercial lending, credit risk management, loss mitigation, loan documentation, and loan portfolio performance monitoring has contributed to Lake Ridge Bank’s long-term strength, stability and ongoing growth.

“Pete has earned the respect of his fellow bankers, our Board of Directors, our bank clients, and even our institutional examiners and auditors,” shares Lake Ridge Bank President Paul Hoffmann. “He is leaving our bank in a better place than he found it, and I am incredibly grateful for his leadership and his friendship over the years.”

Graven plans to spend his retirement time traveling, golfing and relaxing at his family cabin.

Casey McClyman named Chief Credit Officer
In July, Casey McClyman returned to Lake Ridge Bank after a 3-year stint at Farmers Savings Bank as Senior Vice President-Chief Credit Officer. Previously, McClyman had spent nearly 20 years at Lake Ridge Bank in a variety of roles, serving the last 10 years as Senior Vice President-Business Relationship Manager on the Business Banking Team. He also has experience in retail services, personal banking, and loan services. McClyman holds his bachelor’s degree in Consumer Science and Personal Finance from University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is an active volunteer with Mount Horeb High School, serving as a mentor for its DECA club and as a presenter for the Junior Achievement program. In 2018, he retired from 13 years of service as a Mount Horeb volunteer fire fighter and EMS ambulance driver.

“Casey is someone who really represents our philosophy of community banking,” explains Lake Ridge Bank CEO Jim Tubbs. “In addition to his banking expertise, he is ingrained in the local fabric of his community and finding ways to serve others through mentorship and volunteerism. We are very happy to have him step into this role as Chief Credit Officer on our leadership team.”

McClyman grew up appreciating the challenges and joys of small business ownership. His father owned and operated a local hardware store.

“I understand what a labor of love small businesses can be for their owners,” McClyman admits. “I have a real appreciation for anyone willing to put that kind of effort and passion into their work. These locally owned businesses bring so much depth of character to our neighborhoods. I am looking forward to helping Lake Ridge Bank invest in this type of community growth along with supporting individuals and families building financial security.”
